Shipping & Payment Info

SHIPPING:

1. Shipping options and rates: We ship via multiple courier partners i.e. Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees etc. We offer free shipping from time to time on a min. order value as displayed on the store front page. All orders below or upto the min. order value are charged a standard shipping charge of ₹125 (these charges can also change from time to time).
2. Shipping timeline: All order are processed within 5-8 working days and then shipped out. Once shipped, orders can take upto 3-8 working days depending upon the delivery location and shipment weight. If any order is running delayed, it is shipped out in an express courier (not guaranteed). The charges for such express courier is borne by us.
3. International shipping options and charges: International shipping is available via courier options available depending upon the delivery country. International shipping charges are calculated at the time of dispatch and payable by the customer. Any import duty arising at the time of delivery is to be fully borne by the customer only. We have no responsibility both legal or financial in the same.
   
   PAYMENTS:
   
   All orders are processed after 100% payment is received. Payment modes available are UPI, Credit and Debit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX etc.), Wallets. In case your amount gets debited and the order did not get confirmed, kindly wait for 24-48 hours for the same, either the order will get confirmed or the refund will be issued to you.
