CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your order within the next 24 hours of placing the order. Full refund shall be issued within the next 2-4 working days to your original source of payment OR to a bank account in your name.

REPLACEMENT /EXCHANGE:

If there is a size, color or fit issue with your product, you can raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. Please call us / whatsapp us at +919855432392. You can also e-mail us at info@rkuniforms.in. You shall be required to send us back the product in a safe packaging at your own cost. Once, the product is received at our unit, we shall process free replacement immediately, provided the product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes.

REFUND :

In case, you have not liked the product, and wish to claim REFUND, please call us / whatsapp us at +919855432392. You can also e-mail us at info@rkuniforms.in. You shall be required to send us back the product in a safe packaging at your own cost. Once, the product is received at our unit, and all quality checks are passed (the product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes etc.), we shall process your refund within 5-7 working days to the original source OR to a bank account provided by you.

NOTE: THERE SHALL BE NO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IN CASE OF CUSTOMIZED ORDERS WITH NAME OR/AND LOGO EMBROIDERY.
